Position Overview:

The Delivery Lead will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for their assigned client accounts, ensuring high-quality profile delivery and timely closure of open positions. They will act as the primary liaison between the client and the internal recruitment team, ensuring that client expectations are met efficiently. Additionally, they will act as the XPT’s face to the client, ensuring their hiring needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and smooth communication.
  • Interact and understand client hiring requirements, expectations, and create job specifications for internal recruiters.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Review and approve profiles sourced by recruiters before submission to clients to ensure candidate quality aligns with client expectations.
  • Work closely with recruiters to guide them on role-specific sourcing strategies.
  • Handle niche or high-priority requirements when necessary.
  • Maintain and track recruitment data, including candidate submissions, client feedback, and hiring progress.
  • Supervise, mentor the recruitment team and implement hiring plan.
  • Ensure team adherence to deadlines and client expectations.
  • Address any hiring challenges or escalations effectively.
  • Provide updates and reports on hiring activities to leadership.
  • Responsible for revenue conversion from assigned client account.
  • Attend daily client calls to discuss hiring progress, feedback, and priorities.
  • Be available for face-to-face client meetings twice a month to strengthen relationships and address key concerns.
  • Maintain client confidence by ensuring transparency, professionalism, and confidentiality in all communications.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships by providing consistent and high-quality recruitment support

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in BTech/BE, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, with 1 year of experience in client management.
  • Strong experience in contract and permanent staffing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client requirements while ensuring high service levels.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and job portals.
